Storytellers of the place
The Values Academy trains young men and women in guiding, hospitality and the visitor experience, so that they become the storytellers of Sadus and the hosts of its visitors.
In the first school
The development project proposes housing the Oasis of Knowledge and the Values Academy in the village's first, old school, turning the building into a knowledge centre with a workshop courtyard, a crafts workshop, an arts workshop, a classroom, a training hall and an educational library.
Empowering the community
Empowering the community is one of the pillars of the Sadus project: supporting young people, craftspeople, farmers and entrepreneurs, so that the village becomes a livelihood for its people and a place where its young can work.
